Well, it actually took 'till Thursday before we got our piano back, but H was really good about it being gone so long. She was really happy to have it back, though. I've decided we should do Attentiveness first and Obedience second. While we do want H to be obedient, it makes sense to make sure she's being attentive to our commands before we can expect her to obey them. So, we'll be studying the ear, sounds, music, the eye, sight, the other senses, frontiersmen, tracking, trapping, predators, prey, Indians (Native Americans), and birds starting in Sept. We'll finish that unit in December. I didn't do it on purpose, but it worked out so that we'll be finishing up Indians the week of Thanksgiving. H is up now and asking me questions about how long various animals live, so I guess I'm done here.
