*eye roll* 24-Hour News Channel for Blacks in Works

Ok, update time. Geez, it's been a while. Let's see...the piggies are getting along well now. B made a 93 on his first EMTB test. He's been on one clinical so far and sat on his butt all day, didn't get a single EMS call. He's got 2 more chances to get 3 calls, or he'll have to schedule another 8-hour shift. On Thursday he'll be in the labor/delivery room and he has to see at least one baby be born. He was there for H's birth, but apparently that doesn't count. Hmmm...what else? We got DirecTV yesterday, so H is watching Noggin right now. I'm totally loving it. Cable is nice, but there are so many cool channels and shows on sattelite! And it's $10 a month cheaper! Um, not much else. I've been trying out some really cool recipes. I'm making pesto spaghetti tonight, which I've made once before a couple of weeks ago, but tonight B is putting pork in it, so we'll see how that goes. I'm making a very colorful afgan right now. I found a pattern that calls for 11 different colors. While my colors don't mesh together quite as well as the ones in the pattern, it still looks pretty cool. And I get to use all those leftover skeins from Mom and ones from my own past projects. And I should be finished with it in the next couple of days. Well, I know that's just an overview, but maybe, just maybe I'll be back to give more details soon.
