Well, B has started his EMT Basic classes. They're on Tues and Thurs from 5:30-10 pm. He's one of just a couple of people in the class that have already taken A&P, so he's got a leg up, but it's been so long since he took that that it's coming back to him slowly.

We got a new guinea pig. A brother for Henry whom we've dubbed Harry. All I can say is that this definitely isn't Philly. I don't know what their problem is. Everything I've read says they should get along fine as long as there's no female present.

My sister and her boyfriend are coming over this evening. His computer is broken, so they're going to get B to fix it. So, I've got a bit of cleaning up to do today.

I crocheted some snowflakes for my mom, which I still need to let her know I finished. She had the pattern, the string and the hook, but had screwed up somewhere, so she asked me to take over the project. She's going to put stiffener on them and hang them in her kitchen next Christmas.I need to let her know they're finished and make sure she's the one doing the stiffening. Since I finished the snowflakes, I've nearly finished an afgan. I made the last squares last night, so all I have left to do is weave in loose ends, sew it together and do the border. This might be my favorite blanket so far. It's 5 shades of blue with a white center. It's gorgeous and it's called Starry Night.
